Sunday along the coast for pelagics would be the best bet if the winds blow in excess of 30 mph out of the E or NE. You may also find shorebirds taking refuge on the beach, which offers the possibility of something really good like a Hudsonian Godwit. Observing conditions are not the best, though, as most pelagics are zipping by at 1 million miles an hour while you stare into strong wind and rain.
