I thought I had seen and possibly photographed red-eyed vireos by the front entrance too, but haven't had a chance to look at the photos for confirmation - I think based on your sightings, that was probably the case. I can also vouch for at least one B&W on the cypress island as well. I didn't spot the waterthrush.
