This is a Bank Swallow. No other North American Swallow has a clean band across the breast like it. If the band isn't visible, sometimes you can identify them based off their size and shape alone (they have short and pointed tails and wings, where as species such as Northern Rough-winged, Cliff, and Cave Swallows have broader tails and wings).
