Yesterday there was quite a bit of water at the very far end of Sem-Chi Road. Nothing outstanding but lots of waders and a fairly good variety of shorebirds to see. Both Black-bellied and Fulvous Whistling-Ducks were there and we had a King Rail in the road after the rain.
We did have a juvenile Short-billed Dowitcher (complete with tiger striped tertials) on Gladeview where there wasn't much water left.
