Hi Matt - This is a tough one! In the hand, both Willow and Alder Flycatchers can have different "tones," ranging from brownish to grayish to olive. These two flycatchers can have several overlapping measurements so I'd be tempted to leave this bird as a Traill's Flycatcher.
