Miami Shores 8/21-8/22

I've mostly been away from Miami since late April, but I returned home to see just about everything one would expect.

Migrants include Bank and Barn Swallows, Red-eyed Vireo, Prairie and Black-and-white Warblers, and Northern Parula. A pair of young Spot-breasted Orioles are frequenting the flowering trees in the side yard.

Parrot species include White-winged, White-eyed and Monk Parakeets, as well as Chestnut-fronted Macaws.
