OK, having just gone through the complete Florida bird list, here's what I've come up with. Extinct species -- Passenger Pigeon and Carolina Parakeets -- are excluded, but birds brought alive to rehab facilities and subsequently photographed in captivity are included:

Yellow-nosed Albatross
Short-tailed Shearwater
Whooping Crane (wild bird)
Common Greenshank
Ancient Murrelet
Atlantic Puffin
Scaly-naped Pigeon
White-collared Swift
White-throated Swift
White-eared Hummingbird
Cuban Martin
Southern Martin
Golden-cheeked Warbler
Varied Bunting

And the following may also be included, depending on how one defines "birder:"

Scarlet Ibis (wild bird)
Northern Goshawk
Zone-tailed Hawk
Band-tailed Pigeon
Piratic Flycatcher
Tawny-shouldered Blackbird
Red Crossbill
