There are very few reliable sites for these birds anymore. Last November, I saw a few fairly easily along a small stretch of I-95 in north Miami-Dade County. I have not seen them in a long time despite many attempts.

I reliable source told me there were a few recently in Pinecrest Gardens, site of the old Parrot Jungle. This park is in the city of Pinecrest near Coral Gables and South Miami.

I'm sure that if enough of us did a little exploring around agricultural areas in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, a couple anis would show up.
