At 1:30 PM, it flew almost directly from N side of S jetty to S side of S jetty, where it perched in a gap between two boulders which hid most of the bird from view (near red & white "Warning" sign).
At 2 PM, it was flying for several minutes near the S jetty, then perched on rock near E end of S jetty (on N side of S jetty close to Inlet).
