Was at Boca Chica Key site yesterday from 6:30-8:30pm and did not see stint. I walked all the way down to tidal lagoon until the mud got too thick. It could easily be along the shore back in that lagoon but need either rubber boots or a kayak to get in there. A nice reddish egret is there (doing its hunting dance) and four spoonbills. Also a juvenile green heron with a neck so strongly striped it looks like a bittern.
