I last saw them in July in the Everglades Agricultural Area as Brian mentioned. Take US-27 up to Okeelanta and turn right onto the Bolles Canal Road (827). After about two miles this road will turn north and becomes 827A. The Anis were near the side of the road near an entrance to a dirt road with a gate and "No Trespassing" sign. But, they could be anywhere in that area, if they are there at all. I haven't heard of any recent findings of these birds.
