RFI: photos of Black-bellied Whistling-Ducks from Monroe County?

Hi All,

Have any of you seen Black-bellied Whistling-Ducks in Monroe County? or have any photos you could link or share with me?

I received a second hand report of at least one or a pair this past spring from the Dry Tortugas but I have yet to get an exact date or details. In looking more closely I couldn't find any other sightings from Monroe from what resources I have currently.
