Hi guys, with nesting season already here, some of us monitor rooftops for nesting seabirds/shorebirds. For Key Biscayne, there were two suitable rooftops and I monitor those two sites weekly but no birds are nesting at the moment.

Over the last 2 weeks, I've seen Least Terns on Crandon Beach in a colony of around 58-65 birds, with some juveniles (flight capable) and other adults who are still performing courtship behavior. I know they are nesting on a rooftop in Key Biscayne that is not listed in our system of "suitable" rooftops. If anyone here lives or goes to key biscayne weekly, I can really use your help and I wanna see if anyone would be willing to drive around Key Biscayne to see if they see or hear any activity of Least Terns nesting on rooftops
My buddy Rangel told me when he first saw a rooftop nest, he noticed a lot of activity with the birds, so I imagine it can't be that difficult to notice for a Least Tern rooftop since they nest in colonies and are most likely very active and noisy.
I've used google earth to see if I can spot suitable buildings that are for Least Terns (gravel rooftops) but the image is not the best quality.
So, if anyone is willing to scout the area and see if they see something, let me know! Thanks guys
