Good call, Brian. Perhaps I should have known better, because, as you know, I first successfully ID'd a female red-winged blackbird a couple of weeks ago.
The lack of tail-bobbing and behavior on the ground bothered me. Should have cross-referenced my laminated quick ID guide.
