Birding in Doral

This morning I went to the fields and cement factory areas of Doral in searth of birds and maybe something new for June Challenge. Had the following:

Anhinga
Little Blue Heron
Cattle Egret
Green Heron
White Ibis (many, all immatures)
Black-necked Stilt
Least Tern (at least 30 on the ground by a construction site)
Mourning Dove
Common Ground-Dove (my first in Dade not at El Portal, Bill Baggs or south Dade)
Common Nighthawk
Gray Kingbird
Loggerhead Shrike
Blue Jay
Fish Crow
N. Rough-winged Swallow (did not expect)
Brown Thrasher (singing)
N. Mockingbird
Starling
Red-winged Blackbird
BT Grackles (many were young)
