It is a problem and allowing pet cats to roam free is a problem. Before 0600 this morning I went outside to fill my backyard bird feeder and guess who was already there! My neighbors cat was crouched about 7 feet from the feeder waiting for the first bird to arrive! I should not have to deal with this every day. Neighbors show no consideration at all. They are aware I have a Cardinal family with a baby they still feed and could care less! This is not a stray cat---for sure it is the cat next door. I don't understand why it is okay for a domesticated pet cat to be allowed by law to roam free to my yard. I do not want it here for obvious reasons!
