Cutler Wetlands / Dump Marsh

Spent a few hours this morning (7:30am-10am) at Cutler Wetlands and Dump Marsh.
Conditions were hot and buggy with a short period of rain.
There was a dark-colored hawk, smaller than the vultures, circling in one vortex of vultures over Dump Marsh that was too far to ID ... wish we could have gotten a closer look!
