Yesterday morning I birded the above-mentioned places with friend Dany Garcia. At Cutler birds seen were:

Muscovy Duck
Mottled Duck
Pied-billed Grebe
DC Cormorant
Tricolored Heron
Snowy Egret
White Ibis
Least Bittern (thanks to Carlos Sanchez for this one)
Black Vulture
Coot
C. Gallinule
Killdeer
Black-necked Stilt
Western Sandpiper (2 circled overhead wanting to land but they
kept going as water levels are probably too high)
Collared Dove
Mourning Dove
Fish Crow
Cave Swallow
N. Mockingbird
Red-winged Blackbird
Common Grackle
BT Grackle
Bronzed Cowbird (1 female that seemed to be interested in the Red-wing activity. It eventually flew into the reeds. To find a host?)
Nutmeg Mannikin (4 high overhead, thanks to Carlos Sanchez for these)

At Dump Marsh added:
Blue-winged Teal (male)
Turkey Vulture
Bald Eagle (immature)
Laughing Gull
Common Ground-Dove
C. Nighthawk
Red-bellied Woodpecker
Loggerhead Shrike
Cardinal
Eastern Meadowlark

A loud cat-like meowing turned out to be a distressed Leopard Frog caught by a large Black Racer, which dragged it into its burrow.
