The 10' seas made the boat feel smaller than its 108' length. Despite not making it out the intended 100 miles due to the weather, we still managed a respectable species list. I hope to start making regular trips down here once that darn boat is finished.

The list:

BLACK-CAPPED PETREL
SOOTY SHEARWATER
Cory s Shearwater
Audubon s Shearwater
MANX SHEARWATER
Wilson s Storm-Petrel
Band-rumped Storm-Petrel? (one possible)
Pomarine Jaeger
Red-necked Phalarope
Arctic Tern
Common Tern
Sooty Tern
PURPLE SANDPIPER late one on the jetty
