I just returned from Bill Baggs and got a similar mix as Brian--except no N. Waterthrush. I did get a nice CONNECTICUT WARBLER, the second mini pier down as you walk down the asphalt bike path. It was in the median area just east of the dirt path bordering the sea wall.
