I'm pretty sure I spotted a Bahama Mockingbird at Pinetree Park this afternoon. It was foraging on the ground for quite a while under some shrubs just outside the chain link fence that surrounds the community garden, around the north and west peremeter. I only had my cell phone camera, and it was cloudy. The pics came out awful- much worse than the camera normally takes, probably because of the zoom. It's behavior was different.. It walked around, moving its head back and forth like a thrasher. With the binoculars, it looked right on for the species. It took off briefly in front of me. Basically solid olive-brown wings with no white flash. The plain brown tail had very small whitish spots on the outer tail feathers. The streaking was prominent on the sides. A real binocular closeup showed the beak curved down sharply at the very end, and wasn't very long. Eyebrow also conspicuous. The link here should bring you to the 4 photo set. There's a little narration with each one. Let me know what you all think...https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=392104387596550&set=pcb.392104654263190&type=1&theater
