East coast of Florida, yes. East coast of US, no. Brownsville TX is farther south. They also they breed along much of the east coast of Mexico, including in the Yucatan, but not the southern Bay of Campeche. Further south, they breed on the both coasts of Central and South America as far south as Chile and Argentina.
