What are you waiting for? We have the south Florida specialties you've been awaiting. Convoy Point visitor parking lot is quite the hotspot these days. We had three mangrove cuckoos last week, a pair of black-whiskered vires doing courtship feeding, and on Friday, a visitor even saw and submitted a photo of a flock of Greater Flamingos. Please remember: the National Park Service prohibits the use of playback tapes in order to protect the birds from human disturbance; please respect this regulation and the birds themselves. Here is a link for directions and please note Convoy Point opens at 7 am and closes at 5:30 pm. http://www.nps.gov/bisc/planyourvisit/directions.htm
