Yes, there is an NPS regulation against the use of playback tapes in any national park. Please do not use playbacks in any national park, as it disturbs the birds. In national parks, birds and other wildlife are protected, in order for them to use their energy for the normal activities of feeding, finding mates, and tending to young.
