I too went to Bill Baggs. Before meeting Alex, I saw tons of blackpolls, almost as many cape mays, and decent numbers of other West Indian migrants. Best was a few flocks of indigos, one had at least 15 + males. I then bumped into Alex. He told me about the tanager. Yes it was there, beautiful, and interesting...This bird had a few yellow-orange blotches on its head and breast. Nice time and gorgeous sunset.
