A good place to see a large wild croc is Palmetto Bay Village Center, Old Cutler Road at S.W. 180th St. Park next to the library, walk through the gate toward the pond. There is a mud bank which a large croc often uses to bask in the sun. There must be a large conduit under the surface of the pond connecting to the bay.
