I looked up the Bob-O-link, and I do not think so as you are correct, the size is wrong. It was unstreaked, small like a BG Gnatcatcher. White spot seen only when they flew at base of body top of tail>
What do you make of 2nd bird. Could it be an immature or molting Tanager or Oriole??
