Paper wasps are quite common to see at Wakodahatchee - I couldn't see them being upset at their removal since they are regularly bothering park visitors and stinging folks especially as early summer comes on. I see them at Green Cay too, but often inaccessible...at Wako, they're often within arms' reach of the boardwalk, usually hanging off some of the reeds/leaves. You may also have fairly easy access to paper wasps around Arthur Marshall Wildlife Refuge, along the levee trails.
