In Biscayne Park in Miami-Dade County, the corner of NE 121st St. and Griffing Blvd. is a good place. A pair shows up consistently about 7-8 AM, usually in the the oaks in the median strip of Griffing, but sometimes in trees in surrounding lawns.
I have not been to see them lately, but my sister-in-law who lives right there says she hears them singing every morning.
