I have spent some time down in Miami over the last few months, working at the Hospital. The Mitred Parrots were sometimes right in the trees up against the Hospital buildings making a racket. Feel a bit sorry for the patients trying to get some rest and recovery. They were also seen flying around the property and over the ponds. All birds I saw were Mitreds(same # somewhere between 30-40).
