Mariel and I observed the La Sagra's Fly in the picnic area, about halfway between the restrooms and the southern end of the picnic area. The flycatcher was easily located by sound. It stayed high in the oaks, but eventually flew down to the canoe launch area, which is located along the mangroves just east of the picnic area. This individual has vocalized very well every time we have seen it since Dan first found it, a great bird for any one wishing to record its vocalizations.
