Hi Amy,
We saw the Crested Caracara at the dump today next to the pond inside the fence on the right on the northwest side of the dump. On 97th Ave, there is a place to park on the south side of the canal. Park there and walk east on the path.
I saw the LaSagra's yesterday in the picnic area of Matheson a little after lunch. It was calling and was around a feeding flock of parulas and gnatcatchers. Take Old Cutler to Fairchild entrance but stay left for Matheson. It has been seen all over that area to the north.
