Green Cay

I'm a New York/Connecticut birder, visiting; went to Green Cay this morning. In addition to the Roseate Spoonbills, which you couldn't miss, I saw: a handful of warblers including Parula and Nashville; a Royal Tern; and a Western/Tropical-type kingbird. Has such a bird been seen there? Is there a fix on its ID? I didn't see it well enough to be sure, but I'm inclined to go with Tropical, but WAY short of a "call"...
