Black Scoters and Bonaparte's Gull - Deering Canoe Launch, 1/8

The female scoters are still hanging around near the canoe launch, directly east. Also, a Bonaparte's Gull came flying in and landed briefly on the water right at the mouth of the canal; excellent views. Good birding out there; a little windy and wet but worth keeping an eye out.

The Jetty...coming at ya.
