I was out yesterday for 3 hours of birding and fishing and saw a few
nice birds. I saw 6 Audubon's Shearwaters and about 12 Bridled Terns,
not bad for 3 hours. We were in about 500' to 600' of water and about
8-10 miles from shore, I will be doing many more trips to see what else
can be found. I will post other sightings of other trips as I can.

Look for an upcoming trip for Pelagics Aug. 17th. 2002. This date is not set in stone yet but should be soon.

Most of the White-rumped Sandpipers and the Buff-breasteds seem to have
left the South Miami-Dade farm fields, I only saw 4 White-rumped
Sandpipers this afternoon and not much else.
