Yes, saw it this afternoon. Very clear views as it sits on a dune a short distance north of boardwalk 4. A short walk up the beach where excited fans are watching it! Also seen up here is the male Harlequin Duck off the Fort Clinch pier and 3 Snow Buntings in Huguenot Park. Not a bad day of birding in FL!
