We had 6 Nanday Parakeets (Black-headed's new name) along the entrance road to Loxahatchee yesterday. They are not, however, guaranteed.
They are very predictable in the beach neighborhoods in Delray Beach early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Just keep your ears open and follow them to the source.
Though not as common as in past years, they sometimes hang out at the Boynton Inlet Park in Boynton Beach.
