Hi Toe,
I just happened to look up the Longspur record over the weekend:
Photographed at Pa Hay Okee overlook, ENP 26 Nov 1983 by Cliff Miles.
The photos are very overexposed but clearly show the spread tail pattern for Chestnut-collared Longspur
