(probable) female Black Scoter reported

I received a report that a (probable) female Black Scoter was seen from Rickenbacker Causeway yesterday around noon. Entering from the mainland, it will be the first bay access on the left, facing downtown. You need to drive over Powell Bridge, make a U-turn and return toward the toll booths, entering the last shoreline access area. It was reported swimming near the buoys. I'll try to check on it today.
