The bahama swallow was in the little flock of cave swallows thet first settled under the turnpike bridge. It was featured for a long time on the old susan sigsbee PEEP line. Hundreds of people got to see it floating around in the mornings in the spring of 1992. Back then the presence of the cave swallows was unusual enough to draw lots of people to that spot.
