The woodies won out a couple of weeks ago.

The little birds won out last week.

Well the butterflies won out today with over three times as many butterflies as warblers!

The "Weekly Wednesday birdwalk" may need to be redesignated the "Weekly Wednesday Koffee Klatsch".

"What good stuff did you see today?" asked the volunteer at the Visitors' Center. I replied, "some Palms, some Yellow-rumps, some Common Yellowthroats, and a couple of Mockingbirds. Whoopee!"

At least 16 fine, enthusiastic birders came out on a glorious morning. They will all receive full refunds.

No photos this week. Bah! Humbug!
