Northern Harrier (adult male, seen both perched and hunting)
Broadwing Hawk (light adult, seen both perched and hunting)

Also an unidentified sparrow: Strongly-marked Lark Sparrow-like face, but with vivid black speckles on white breast, vivid colors (black, white, rust) on back.
