Hi Mark, hope all is well. The Common Nighthawks you mentioned have been seen AND heard for several winters now, in those same parking lots, by reliable birders/biologists but nobody has taken the time to videotape/photograph them, myself included. I keep forgetting and telling myself "next winter I'll do it". Maybe you can take the initiative and put an end to this lunacy once and for all! This last bit was meant to be dramatic.
