We have attracted many more birds to our yard by setting up a bubbler along with our feeders. The sound of the dripping water draws them in and we've gotten many surprises over the years, including a Townsend's warbler. A couple of years ago, we set up a Bird Cam to record what was coming in when we weren't looking. I've put a sampling in Flickr at the attached link. Keep in mind, this is in the middle of urban Ft. Lauderdale. It adds a whole new dimension to back-yard birding.
