It's in Hendry County. From the Miccosukee Plaza exit (Exit 49) take CR 833 (Snake Road) north to CR 835. Turn right and drive east. The Deer Fence Canal entrance is where CR 835 makes its first sharp turn to the north. There was no STA-5 sign marking the entrance this year, as there was last year.
