My wife Robin and I birded the Convoy Point rock jetty (no relation to me) until sundown. Beautiful afternoon. Hundreds of DC Cormorants, no scoters, but one HORNED GREBE approximately 50-75 yds east of the roped area, close to the outer jetty rocks. Get out there and bird, the goodies are just arriving. If you see Toe out there, congratulate him. Not only did he get his 300th bird species for the year, but most important: he's gonna be a daddy again!
