Thanks for your suggestion Brian. I don't think it was quite that big. But Loons fly south along the coast sometime soon and so I can see why you were thinking of that. Had the photo been closer and with better quality this Mystery would have been solved. I am going to play around with a few other bad images and see if I can get closer to what it is. Will keep TAS members informed!
