No decisions were made. The Commission only heard one of the numerous applications to move the line. The meeting will reconvene on Nov. 30. It is highly likley that the Commission will vote to transmit all the applications to the state. Final decisions will be made as to whether or not to approve the applications in March and April of 2006.
