Sparrow at Evergreen, Lincoln's??

The photos that accompany this E-Bird report show clear and distinct streaking on the flanks and sides of the breast. I was under the imporession that Lincoln's and Chipping both molted out of their juvenile plumage before leaving the breeding grounds. Anyone care to comment?
