Rangel was looking for birds for his big year and found a female Western Tanager. I was there in 2.5 minutes. Walk south on dirt nature trail ~250 yards and look for a large, fruiting ficus on the right (west) side of the trail. Tanager called repeatedly. I'll chase the remaining B-A-D birds this week, hopefully. Still alive.
